Join us for a hosted dinner with Karrie Heneman, PhD.
Karrie is a mom of four and a nutrition educator passionate about helping families eat more plants, simply and sustainably. With degrees from Stanford & UC Davis, her research and career have centered on increasing fruit and vegetable intake in real-life settings, from schools to family kitchens. A longtime advocate of practical, plant-forward eating, Karrie believes in progress over perfection, everyday habits over fads, and a little chocolate, too.
Join us for a relaxed evening of good food and real conversation.
After a short introduction to the topic, we’ll settle in for an informal, guided conversation over dinner. You’re welcome to ask questions, share, or simply listen.
